1. Returns

Item must be unused, in its original condition, and in original packaging

Some items (e.g. perishable goods, custom-made items, personal care products) may not be eligible for return
2. Refunds

Once we receive your return and inspect it, we’ll notify you of the status

If approved, the refund will be credited to your original payment method within 7–10 business days

3. Damaged or Wrong Items
If you receive:

A damaged item

An incorrect product
Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order with clear photos and your order number. We’ll replace or refund it at no extra cost to you.
4. Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped

Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled but can be returned (if eligible)
5. Return Shipping

If the return is due to our error (damaged/wrong item), we’ll cover the return shipping cost

If you’re returning for other reasons (e.g. change of mind), you must pay the return shipping
